Direct Care Staff- On Call
HOURS: The hours for this position are flexible and vary weekly. Employees could work between 0 hours and 40 hours per week depending on their needs or the needs of the department at various house locations within the residential department. Hours are not guaranteed.
Direct Care Staff- James House
Schedule: Sunday 6am to Tuesday 12pm
Compensation: $12.50/HR + Benefits

HOURS: The hours for these positions are flexible and vary weekly. Employees could work between 1 hour and 40 hours per week depending on their needs or the needs of the department.
We are seeking candidates with experience care taking and teaching adults with developmental disabilities. Consideration will be given to those with CNA experience and the ability/experience to teach life skills.

Independent Contract
Qualified Adult Foster Care Provider/QAFCP
North Metro Community Services Residential Program is looking for someone who is interested in providing care to an intellectually disabled adult male in their home for the Choices Program. We are particularly interested in people who have experience working with challenging behaviors; including people with sexually problematic behaviors, who have been adjudicated. This provider would be responsible to meet this individual’s needs including; line of sight supervision in the home and community, transportation to various appointments through the week, properly documenting Individualized and behavioral support plans, documentation using a computer, and providing medication administration. This individual is very personable, social and smart. He likes sports, video games, music, playing instruments, cooking, shopping, animals, basketball, hiking, riding bikes, and camping. He is very active and would be best served in a home where the providers are also active. He is also very religious and would prefer to live in a Christian home, but this is not a requirement. North Metro has been around for 47 years and has extensive experience in administrating the Host Home Program. Providers are independent contractors and are paid a daily rate based on the needs of the person living in their home. We offer training and access to support 24/7.
