North Metro community Services is the Community Centered Board for all developmentally disabled persons in Adams County, Colorado. We manage contracts, bill for services, monitor services, write individual plans and provide the state with information to secure funding.

In addition, we are one of the service providers that a person can choose from to actually provide services. Our organization can help you by determining that you are eligible for services, that you understand what the state is willing to provide to fund your choices, and that you also understand what can and cannot be paid for with your allocation.

Always start with the Resource Coordination Department if you want to change your services or provider — or if you are trying to obtain services. We will do our very best to help you. It is important for you to know that what matters and is meaningful to you will guide what can be provided. Each person’s individual needs, preferences, health and safety are always considered when developing a service plan.
