Effective November 1, 2023 North Metro Community Services will no longer be provided Case Management Services for people with IDD in Adams County Colorado.

This change in Case Management will have no impact on any services you are receiving for Residential, Day Program, Supported Living, Children’s Extensive Support.

Case Management Services will be provided starting November 1, 2023 by Rocky Mountain Human Services.
