Case Management

North Metro’s Resource Coordination Department (Case Management) is the single entry point for all services provided to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in Adams County, Colorado – with the exception of persons living within the city limits of Aurora Colorado. To find out more about the Intake process and case management here at North Metro, please visit our Resource Coordination page.

The Resource Coordination Department keeps a list of Program Approved Service Agencies (PASA) that provide direct services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental day and residential services to people with developmental disabilities who live in Adams County, and surrounding counties in Colorado. Program Approved Service Agencies are approved and surveyed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). This list can be accessed on our Service Agency page. Click Here to view a complete list of currently approved PASAs across Colorado is on the CDPHE website.

While the case management services for Adams County are housed at North Metro, North Metro also is a Program Approved Service Agency, that provides direct services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, specializing in adult day and residential services. We encourage you to continue to explore this website to find out more about our agency and the exceptional programs and services that North Metro offers.
