Our agency is committed to hiring, training, and retaining dedicated, ethical, and caring staff to provide quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within Adams County, Colorado.

Job positions include direct care, case management, supervisory, maintenance, clerical, administrative, accounting, and janitorial. Some positions are full-time, others are part-time or on-call as needed. Our residential program has developed creative scheduling in our group homes to accommodate the 24/7 nature of those locations. Most other agency positions work a 4-day (Monday-Thursday), 36-hour week.
